Rishi Kapoor and Meenakshi’s jodi was a hit in films like ‘Damini’, ‘Bade Ghar Ki Beti’, ‘Ghar Parivar’, ‘Gharana’, ‘Sadhna’ and ‘Vijay’. Both of them became good friends while working. Recently Meenakshi Sheshadri revealed that Rishi Kapoor often made fun of her.
Recently, Meenakshi Seshadri told during an interview with Zoom that she had an off-screen friendship with Rishi Kapoor as well. She would often visit his house to meet the actor and his wife. Meenakshi Seshadri said, ‘Rishi ji was a wonderful person. He worked with people of many generations and always made everyone feel at home, including me. He lived so close in Pali Hill that I would often walk to his house from my house. I used to spend time with him and Neetu ji. I think he was the only actor whom I used to meet even outside the set.’
