New Delhi: It has been almost two years, but people still cannot believe that the famous singer of Indian cinema KK is no more. Because his voice will always rule the hearts of millions of fans, which is his real identity. An entire generation grew up listening to his songs and thus his sudden demise broke the hearts of hundreds of fans. While KK has given us many memorable songs, now his last song is ready for release. As announced by filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt, KK’s last song will be featured in Anil Kapoor and Divya Khosla starrer film Saavi. The motion poster of the film has already been released along with the trailer and the song has been released just late. Recently, Mukesh Bhatt told at the trailer launch event of the film that the song was recorded just a week before the singer’s death, which is now ready for release.

Mukesh Bhatt spoke to the media at a multiplex where the trailer launch of Saavi was held and said, ‘This film has the last song sung by a very dear friend, KK. He was an excellent singer and I have always cherished my friendship with him. We worked on many songs together and he has given many chartbusters to the industry. You guys will get to experience his last song in Saavi. He passed away a week after recording the song.’
KK died in May 2022
As soon as the news of KK’s last song came, music lovers across the country became emotional and happy, as they will have the last chance to listen to the soulful singing of their favorite singer. Let us tell you that Krishnakumar Kunnath alias KK died of a heart attack on May 31, 2022 after a live performance at Nazrul Manch in Kolkata. He was later taken to the hospital, where he was declared dead. However, people will always listen to his voice. The singer is known for some of his memorable tracks like Yaaron, Pal, Tadap Tadap, Beete Lamhe, Aankhon Mein Teri, It’s the Time to Disco and others. Now his last song is also going to be released soon.

As the trailer suggests, the story of the film revolves around a housewife who tries everything possible to save her husband who is in jail for the wrong reasons. Then Anil Kapoor’s character comes to her aid. The most interesting part is Anil Kapoor’s changing appearance throughout the trailer, which has made fans more excited.
