In an interview given to Filmfare, Kartik Aaryan said, ‘I used to eat anything whenever I felt like it. Especially sweets are my favourite. Even after eating, I definitely need something sweet. It was quite a challenge for me to give up all this for this character. As soon as I gave up sweets, I started feeling many side effects in myself. After getting upset due to craving, he used to eat sugar.

In such a situation, his nutrition expert made a diet plan for him with creative recipes and new things. For this, he used to manage his weight by taking tofu and cauli rice.
