On June 6, Kangana Ranaut was slapped by a CISF female constable at Chandigarh airport. Apart from a few celebs like Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, no star from the industry reacted to this, however now Kangana’s ex-boyfriend Hrithik Roshan has also reacted to this. Kangana has had a dispute with him once.
Recently, journalist Faye D’Souza shared a post in support of Kangana Ranaut. She wrote in the post, ‘MP Kangana Ranaut has been slapped at the airport. Violence cannot be the answer to anything. Especially in a country where Gandhi’s ideology of non-violence is followed. It does not matter what our thinking is and who has given what statement. We cannot answer anyone with violence’.
Fay further wrote, ‘It is very dangerous when the person standing for security responds with violence in uniform. Imagine, if those of us who have been questioning the government for the last 10 years were harassed by a constable at the airport whose thinking is different’.
Many Bollywood celebrities have reacted to this post of journalist Faye D’Souza. Hrithik Roshan’s name is also included among those who reacted. Apart from Hrithik, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Soni Razdan, Sonakshi Sinha, Ekta Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor have also supported Kangana by reacting to the post.
Kangana once had a dispute with Hrithik Roshan, the matter went to court
At one time Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan were in a relationship. Both were seen together in Kites and Krrish 3. However, both broke up within a few months. In the year 2016, Hrithik Roshan filed a complaint of stalking and harassment against Kangana. After the case, Kangana counter-attacked Hrithik and said that Hrithik Roshan is doing all this to hide his affair, so that he can get benefit in divorce. At that time Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan were about to get divorced. This case, which was in discussion for many months, was closed by the court due to lack of evidence. Kangana had also made many allegations against Hrithik in Aap Ki Adalat.
Serious allegations were also made against Javed Akhtar, a defamation case was filed
After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, Kangana Ranaut also made many statements against the Bollywood industry and camp culture. In an interview, she said that when she was having a dispute with Hrithik Roshan, Javed Akhtar had called her to his house. Kangana claimed that Javed Akhtar had threatened her not to drag Hrithik into controversies. However, Kangana had to pay heavily for making statements against Javed Akhtar. Javed Akhtar filed a defamation case against Kangana after the statement came out.
