In just 8 months, actress Daljit Kaur’s marriage is on the verge of breaking. Amidst the news of divorce, Daljit Kaur and her husband Nikhil Patel are openly accusing each other. Recently, Daljit had accused her husband of extra marital affair through social media. In response to this, Nikhil had sent a notice to Daljit and threatened to take legal action. He also said that if the actress does not take the belongings from his house in Kenya, then he will donate all the belongings. Daljit Kaur has also now reached the court in this matter.
Actress Daljeet Kaur has recently taken legal action against her husband Nikhil in Kenya. Daljeet recently went to Kenya amid reports of divorce. After returning to India, Daljeet has told that she has taken action against Nikhil and has taken a stay order from the court. According to the Hindustan Times report, Daljeet has taken a stay order from Milimani Court in Kenya’s Nairobi city. Now Nikhil will neither be able to evict her and her son from the house, nor throw away their belongings. A notice was sent to Nikhil on June 11 in the case. The next hearing of the case will be on June 28 and until then Nikhil cannot evict Daljeet or her belongings from the house.

Nikhil’s parents folded their hands in front of Daljeet’s parents
After returning to India from Kenya, Daljeet Kaur shared an Instagram post and told that Nikhil’s parents have folded their hands in front of her parents. The actress wrote, whatever you said, we believed everything. Your old parents folded their hands in front of my parents to prove you right, we believed that too. I don’t want any mercy from you people now. I was born to fight. Whatever Nikhil did is shameful. The truth is that the children are also involved in this matter.

Actress Daljeet Kaur married Kenya-based businessman Nikhil Patel in March 2023. After marriage, she shifted to Kenya with her son Jordan. Jordan is her son from her first husband Shalin Bhanot. Their marriage broke up in 2015.
Daljeet returned to India with her son 8 months after shifting to Kenya. After coming to India, she gave a hint of divorce through social media, since then the dispute between her and Nikhil continues through different interviews and social media posts. Nikhil has also told in an interview that Daljeet was not able to adjust in Kenya. She was missing India a lot. She talked about returning to India citing her son’s school and the very next day she packed her things and came to India. If Nikhil is to be believed, the day Daljeet returned to India, their relationship had ended on that very day.
Meanwhile, Daljeet Kaur told through a social media post that her husband was cheating on her. He has an extra marital affair. However, openly accusing Nikhil on social media proved to be costly for the actress. Nikhil had sent a legal notice to the actress from Kenya and warned that if she tries to tarnish his image now, he will take strict action against her. He also said that she should take her belongings from his house, otherwise he will donate all the belongings.
