Red Bull gives you wings – even without an energy drink
Two weeks ago Barcelona, last week the heat battle of Spielberg and today the ice-cold Silverstone. A triple header puts the entire paddock to the test. Including us. But luckily there is professional help. Red Bull barista Markus gets us through the triple header with plenty of caffeine. So Red Bull doesn’t just give you wings with the drink from the can – at least in the F1 paddock.
Formula 3 cancelled
The rain in the morning already claimed one victim and that was Formula 3. The sprint race of the series, which was actually scheduled for 10:20 a.m. (9:20 a.m. local time), had to be cancelled and postponed until the afternoon. New start time: 7 p.m. Central European Time.
15 minutes to FP3
We are only a quarter of an hour away from the third free practice session of Formula 1 at Silverstone. The weather will again be a determining factor. It is significantly colder at the track than yesterday. Only 9.6 degrees Celsius are measured. One positive thing, however, is that after a rainy morning, things now seem to be getting better just in time for Formula 1. It looks good that we will be able to experience some training.
