
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed the significance of talented youth as a “real asset” to Balochistan and announced that the federal government would focus on enhancing their professional capabilities.
The Prime Minister stated that the youth in Balochistan would receive professional training in various fields, and laptops would be distributed among them.

He conveyed this during a meeting with an eight-member delegation from Balochistan belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz), led by Jafar Khan Mandokhel. The delegation included Jamal Shah Kakar, Sardar Yaqoob Nasir, Agha Shah Zeb Durrani, Amir Afzal Mandokhel, Chaudhry Naeem, Naseer Achakzai, and Zaheer Khan.
PM Sharif emphasized that the progress of Pakistan is intrinsically linked with the development of Balochistan. He further mentioned that the government is prioritizing the implementation of development projects in Balochistan under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
The meeting also addressed the current political situation in the country.
The delegation expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for allocating special funds for development projects in the budget proposals for the fiscal year 2023-24.
