ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Chapter of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Alumni Association recently held their annual reunion in Islamabad. The event brought together industry leaders from various sectors who share a common educational background from IBA.
The reunion featured a lineup of esteemed guest speakers who shared insights into their respective fields and discussed corporate social responsibility initiatives. Lt. Col. Shahzad Ali Kiani (R), Managing Director of AAA Associates and an IBA alumnus, was among the speakers. Other notable speakers included Ali Raza, CEO of Software Export Board Pakistan; Shahnaz Kapadia, Founder and CEO of Mera Maan; Amir Khan, CEO/President of HBL Micro Finance Bank; and Khurram Rahat, Senior Country Director at Unifonic.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for networking, collaboration, and renewing old friendships. This year’s reunion took on added significance as it launched an initiative to fund scholarships for underprivileged students. Supporting the leaders of tomorrow is a key mission of the IBA Alumni Association, and this scholarship program is a practical extension of that commitment.
AAA Associates, in particular, initiated a program to financially assist deserving students at IBA. This support is ongoing and aims to make valuable contributions to the institute.
Speaking to the press, Lt. Col. Shahzad Ali Kiani (R), MD of AAA Associates, expressed his views on the reunion and the scholarship initiative, stating that it not only rekindles memories and strengthens the alumni network but also enables them to give back to society in a meaningful way. He expressed pride in aligning with AAA Associates for providing scholarships to deserving students.
