Zeenat Aman, in her recent post, recalled the days when Dimple Kapadia stood by her during the difficult times of her life. Dimple supported Zeenat without worrying about the criticism she faced in her personal life. Zeenat tagged Dimple’s daughter and actress Twinkle Khanna in her post and asked her to convey this message to her mother. Now Twinkle Khanna has reacted on this. While re-sharing Zeenat’s post, he wrote – What a lovely picture and mom is thanking you for your kind words.

Zeenat Aman shared old picture
Zeenat shared a photo on social media on Tuesday, which is from the set of the film ‘Chhaila Babu’ released in 1977. In the picture, she is sitting with the film’s director Joy Mukherjee and Dimple. Zeenat is seen smoking in the picture.
Zeenat Aman wrote in the caption – I can’t remember where this picture was taken, but it definitely has something to do with the film ‘Chhaila Babu’. This is probably a BTS shot from the set, I say this because these chairs are clearly from the production, while I am not in costume but in my clothes.
The film’s director Joy Mukherjee and Dimple Kapadia are also with me, who used to come to the set because she was married to the lead actor.

Zeenat Aman thanks Raj Kapoor for giving her and Dimple Kapadia career breaks in ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’ and ‘Bobby’. Sharing how Dimple stood by him during the difficult times, he said – This post is not about Dimple’s talent, although she has many qualities. But it’s about his character that I have seen.
He told that during a very difficult time in my life, she was one of the few people who stood with me publicly. During that difficult time, he told me about a strength of his character which I admire till today.
Zeenat wrote about cigarette addiction
At the end of the post, while talking about her cigarette addiction, Zeenat Aman wrote – Please do not be influenced by my smoking in this picture! I admit that I used to smoke between my late teens and early 30s, but as soon as I got pregnant for the first time, that all came to an end!
