What is Gandhiji’s connection with ‘The Delhi Files’? Vivek Agnihotri reached Sevagram, read more than 100 books

Mumbai. Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is busy these days preparing for his film ‘The Delhi False Ills’. He is known for making films on important issues, and for this he first does a lot of research. In this episode, he went to Mahatma Gandhi’s ashram in Sevagram, Maharashtra for his upcoming film. Vivek said that he has come here for research for his upcoming film. Vivek shared some pictures from Gandhi’s ashram on his social media.

Sharing these pictures, Vivek Agnihotri wrote in the caption, “I have come here for research for ‘The Delhi Files’. I spent a few days in Gandhiji’s ashram in Sevagram. This cottage has been seen by people from all over the world. Some famous journalists used to come here to interview Gandhiji. Every parent should definitely bring their children here. It is really inspiring.”

Vivek Agnihotri travelled from Kerala to Kolkata and then to Delhi to gather accurate and correct information for his film. Vivek has read more than 100 books and more than 200 articles related to this historical event. This is the basis of his film.

Vivek Agnihotri is known for films like ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘The Tashkent Files’. Earlier, he directed ‘The Vaccine War’ starring Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Saptami Gowda and Pallavi Joshi. ‘The Vaccine War’ is the journey of the vaccine made by Indian scientists during the Corona period. In this, Vivek has shown the dedication of women scientists very well.

Let us tell you that in 2022 he had announced ‘The Delhi Files’. On Instagram he wrote, “There will be no big stars in the film, only the story will be big.” This film will be released next year i.e. in 2025. From this visit of Vivek and the information related to the film, it seems that this will be a film based on pre-independence and Gandhiji.
