New Delhi. Producer Karan Johar had announced the film ‘Dostana 2’ a few years ago. Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and Lakshya Lalwani were cast for this movie. But in the meantime, news of a fight between Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan started coming. After some time, Kartik Aaryan distanced himself from the film and then the film was stopped. Now Janhvi Kapoor has given her reaction in this matter. She revealed that the shooting of ‘Dostana 2’ had also started before Covid.
During an interview with The Lallanton, Janhvi Kapoor was asked why ‘Dostana 2’ is not being made? In response to this, the actress said, ‘I don’t know either. We shot for 30-35 days. According to me, the shoot was going well. I don’t know why that film was stopped. I even asked. We started shooting much before the lockdown, then Covid came due to which there was a delay of one and a half years, then people thought of starting it again…. I don’t know. ‘
