Mumbai. Now, Tanu Weds Manu’s co-actress Swara Bhaskar has reacted to Kangana Ranaut’s slapping incident. Swara has criticized the CISF woman officer who slapped Kangana and has criticized the incident. Swara said, “Any sensible person will say that whatever happened to Kangana was wrong. There is no one who will say that violence or whatever Kangana is going through is right. Yes, what happened to her was wrong and no one has the right to assault anyone.”
Swara Bhaskar further said in an interview to Connect Cine, “Kangana Ranaut was slapped, but this should not have happened. She is alive and she has security. In this country, people are dying, losing their lives. People are dying due to lynching. Army officers are killing people by firing bullets in trains. People are dying in riots.”
Swara Bhaskar further wrote, “Videos are coming out of security personnel beating people. Those who are justifying all these incidents, don’t come again and teach us about Kangana’s case.” Swara also talked about Kangana’s old tweet, in which Kangana was seen justifying violence. Swara said, “The problem in Kangana’s case is that she was justifying violence on her platform.”
Swara Bhaskar said, “When a CISF woman employee slapped Kangana Ranaut, her old tweets started going viral again, in which she was talking about genocide… She justified Will Smith slapping Chris Rock. She said that if she saw someone abusing his mother or sister, she would have slapped him too. What will she say now? What happened was wrong. The person who did it has been suspended and punished.”
