Mumbai. August 2023- After planning the firing at Salman Khan’s house, shooter Sagar Pal called shooter Vicky Gupta from Bihar to Punjab, saying that he had some work. After that, Sagar Pal made Vicky Gupta talk to Anmol Vishnoi through the Signal app. In this conversation, Anmol Vishnoi ordered both of them to go to Panvel and see the room. After this conversation, Anmol Vishnoi asked Vicky Gupta to download the Signal app and go to Ambala to collect the money before leaving Punjab for Panvel to see the room.
October 2023- On the instructions of Anmol Vishnoi, Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta reached Ambala to collect the money. After reaching Ambala station, both the shooters took their photos and sent them to Anmol Vishnoi’s Signal app. Shortly after that, a henchman of Vishnoi gang came there and gave Rs 30,000 to both the shooters. After that Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta reached Delhi from Ambala and left for Panvel by train from Delhi. After reaching Panvel, both the shooters tried to rent a room in many areas, but being bachelors, they could not get a room. On the second day, due to not getting a room, both the shooters reached Mumbai Central from Panvel and stayed in a hotel there. After staying in Mumbai for a few days, they called Anmol Vishnoi and informed him about not getting a room and left for Punjab by train from Bandra station.
November 2023 – Anmol Vishnoi called both the shooters and asked them to go to Panvel and rent a room again. On the advice of Anmol Vishnoi, both the shooters again reached Panvel from Punjab. Even after staying in Panvel for 6-7 days, they made many attempts, but they could not get a room on rent. They informed Anmol Vishnoi about this by calling him and again took a train from Panvel to Punjab. After reaching Punjab, both the shooters went to Bihar for Chhath Puja. After Chhath Puja, Anmol Vishnoi again called both the shooters through the Signal app and asked when they would go to Panvel again to see the room. Both the shooters said that they did not have money. After this, Anmol Vishnoi sent shooter Sagar Pal to his village Abohar to get the money. After reaching Abohar, Sagar Pal took his photo and sent it to Anmol Vishnoi and shortly after that a henchman of Vishnoi gang came there and gave Sagar Pal Rs 35 thousand in cash. After this, Vicky Gupta stayed in his village in Bihar for about 2 months and Sagar Pal in Punjab, but both of them remained in constant touch with Anmol Vishnoi.

February 2024 – Anmol Vishnoi called shooter Vicky Gupta and asked him to go to Mumbai again. On the orders of Anmol Vishnoi, Vicky Gupta reached Mumbai from Bihar and Sagar Pal from Punjab on 26 February. On 28 February, both stayed at a hotel in Mumbai Central. On March 1, Anmol Vishnoi called both the shooters and asked them to see the room. Both the shooters were first looking for a room in Seawood area of Panvel, but it was very expensive there. Due to the acquaintance of a rickshaw puller, both the shooters got a room in Harigram area of Panvel. After getting the room, both the shooters called Anmol Vishnoi on the Signal app and asked him to pay the rent and deposit. Anmol Vishnoi sent Rs 24000 to the account of Vicky Gupta’s brother-in-law Vikas Kumar and Vikas sent that money to Sagar Pal. After paying the room rent and deposit, both the shooters called Anmol Vishnoi and informed him.

15 March 2024 – Anmol Vishnoi called both the shooters and said that two of his henchmen were standing at Panvel rickshaw stand. After Anmol’s order, both the shooters went to pick them up and brought them back to the room. After reaching the room, two henchmen Anuj Thapan and Sonu Vishnoi from Anmol Vishnoi’s village Abohar gave two pistols, two extra magazines and 40 rounds of bullets and one thousand rupees to both the shooters from their bag. After the departure of the henchmen who delivered the weapons, both the shooters called Anmol Vishnoi and informed him about getting the weapons and money.
18 March 2024 – Both the shooters then went to their village in Bihar to celebrate Holi. While living in Bihar, Sagar Pal had shown a pistol to some people there and said that he works for Lawrence Bishnoi. There was a fight between Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta regarding this matter. While living in the village, Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta had practiced firing a lot.
28 March 2024 – Both the shooters took a train from Gorakhpur and left for Panvel and reached Panvel again on 30 March. They informed Anmol Vishnoi about reaching Panvel through a message. Anmol Bishnoi ordered both the shooters to call and buy a bike. After this, Anmol Vishnoi sent Rs 24000 to the bank account of a relative of the shooters to buy a bike. The relative of the shooters sent that money to the account of one of his friends living in Pune on the instructions of Vicky Gupta. After this, Vicky Gupta called his friend from Pune to Panvel.
2 April 2024- Both the shooters reached a shop selling old bikes with their friend who had come from Pune and bought a bike. Payment for buying the bike was made online. After this, the shooters also bought two helmets for Rs 1100 and made the payment for it online through the friend who had come from Pune. After buying the bike, both the shooters reached Salman Khan’s Panvel farm house and did its recce. Both the shooters informed Anmol Vishnoi about the recce of Panvel farm house through message. After this, Anmol Vishnoi gave both the shooters another new Signal app ID kpdbcv and asked them to talk on it. Anmol Vishnoi asked the shooters to do a recce of Salman Khan’s Mumbai house. Anmol told the shooters to do the recce at 6 am, because at that time the shift of the security guards and police engaged in Salman’s security changes.
5 April 2024 – On the instructions of Anmol Vishnoi, both the shooters reached Mumbai by bike from Panvel at 4 am on 5 April 2024 and at 6 am did a recce of Salman Khan’s house Galaxy Apartment and returned to Panvel. On the same day at 4 pm, Anmol Vishnoi called the shooters and told them that they have to fire 20-25 bullets at Salman Khan’s house. After firing, leave the bike at a distance of one or two km and then throw the used pistol in the water. After the firing is done, go to Gujarat.
6 April 2024 – On the instructions of Anmol Vishnoi, both the shooters went to meet his special henchman Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary in Kurla area of Mumbai. Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary had told both the shooters that he works for Lawrence Vishnoi and is going to commit a major crime on his orders.
13 April 2024 – Anmol Vishnoi called both the shooters and made them talk to Lawrence Vishnoi, who is lodged in Sabarmati Jail, through a conference call. On the evening of 13 April, on the instructions of Lawrence Vishnoi, Anmol Vishnoi sent Rs 19000 to Vicky Gupta’s account and Rs 18500 to Sagar Pal’s account. On the night of 13 April, Anmol Vishnoi again called the shooters. Vicky Gupta recorded this conversation and sent it to his brother Sonu Gupta.
14 April 2024 – Shooters Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta left Panvel with pistols and bullets on a bike at around 4:30-5:00 am for Salman Khan’s house Galaxy Apartment. After reaching there, Vicky Gupta went alone on the bike and did a recce of Salman’s house. When no one was seen during the recce, Vicky Gupta came back and took Sagar Pal along to carry out the task. During this, Sagar Pal told Vicky Gupta that if anyone comes in between, he should not be spared either. After this, sitting on the bike, Sagar Pal fired bullets towards the first floor and balcony. After that, the shooters left the bike after going one km. Reached Bandra station by autorickshaw and from there by local train to Santacruz. From Santacruz, took a taxi to Gujarat border and from there to Vapi via truck.
