Sodhi Bhai not being found since 21 days, Delhi Police’s mind wandered, reached Mumbai, inquiry of TMKOC’s fellow artist

Mumbai. Actor Gurcharan Singh, who played the character of Roshan Sodhi in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, has been missing for 21 days. Delhi Police is investigating the case and trying to trace the actor. Now it has been revealed that a team of police officers visited the sets of ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ in Mumbai’s Film City and interrogated other actors. News 18 Shosha has exclusively learned that a team of Delhi Police officers recently visited the sets of the show to investigate Gurucharan’s missing case.

The Delhi Police team interrogated Gurcharan Singh’s former co-stars to try to trace his whereabouts. A source associated with the production of the show told us, “This week a team of Delhi Police came to our sets. Spoke to those actors who were in contact with Gurucharan Singh. Everyone has cooperated well with the police.”

The source further said, “Apart from this, there were some rumors related to payment being made by Gurucharan Singh’s production house. But, the police found that they had been paid long ago.” Meanwhile, Neela Films production head Sohil Ramani also confirmed, “Delhi Police had visited our sets to investigate the Gurucharan case. They went back assured that there was no dues from our side towards Gurucharan Singh. “We will continue to pray for his well-being and hope he is found soon.”

Gurucharan Singh was last seen on April 22, 2024. His father filed a missing complaint four days later, saying, “My son Gurucharan Singh, age: 50 years, left for Mumbai at 8:30 am on April 22. He went to the airport to catch the flight. He neither reached Mumbai nor returned home and his phone is also not available. “He is mentally stable and we were searching for him but now he is missing.”
