New Delhi. There was such a ruckus in neighboring country Bangladesh that the country’s Prime Minister had to leave the country after resigning. Sheikh Hasina recently resigned from the post of Prime Minister of Bangladesh after months of violent protests in the country against her government’s move. After the riots broke out, Sheikh Hasina decided to leave the country and reached India on Monday (August 06) in a military helicopter. After Sheikh Hasina’s arrival in India, Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut has commented.
After Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh, it was being said that she was likely to go to London. But she surprised everyone by reaching India. Reacting to this matter, actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut said that she is feeling ‘honored’ that Sheikh Hasina feels safe in India.
‘Why Ram Rajya? It’s obvious why!’
Kangana has also questioned the thinking of people in her post. She said that those who ask why Ram Rajya should come? Then the violence happening in Bangladesh is the right answer for them. She shared a post on the social media platform X. She wrote- ‘India is the original motherland of all the Islamic republics around us. We feel honored and happy that the Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh feels safe in India, but all those who live in India and keep asking why Hindu Rashtra? Why Ram Rajya? Obviously why!!!’
Kangana Ranaut’s post.
‘We are fortunate that we are living in Ram Rajya’
She further said- ‘No one is safe in Muslim countries. Not even Muslims themselves. Whatever is happening in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Britain is unfortunate. We are lucky that we are living in Ram Rajya. Jai Shri Ram!!’ Not only Kangana, the actress has also expressed concern over the situation in Bangladesh on social media. She shared a story on Instagram and wrote- ‘This is terrible. Let us all pray for the Bangladeshi people’.
What happened in Bangladesh?
The Sheikh Hasina government had announced reservation in several civil services for the relatives of freedom fighters who fought for the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. A large number of students took to the streets protesting against this. After facing heavy protests, the government had withdrawn the quota to some extent. Despite this, the students’ protest continued. Because Sheikh Hasina had called the army to restore order after the protest. Hundreds of students died in the violence that took place during this period. After which the matter became more violent. Let us tell you that after staying in India, Hasina is likely to go to London.
