The price of this apartment is around Rs 59 crore. It is spread over 5,395 square feet, which has three parking spaces.

According to reports, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput registered their apartment on May 24, 2024. Along with this, the couple has also paid stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore. This apartment of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput is located on the highest floor in the building built by Oberoi Realty. The couple has bought it from Chandak Realtors Private Limited.
