The reason behind this is that January 26 (Monday), 2026 will be a Republic Day holiday and thus the film will get a long weekend at the box office. The makers believe that the release date of the film cannot be better than this.

The source also revealed that work on the script of ‘Border 2’ has been going on for the last one year and the team has prepared a script that will live up to people’s expectations.
