Sapna Choudhary’s troubles increase, non-bailable warrant issued in high-profile fraud case

New Delhi. Haryanvi singer and dancer Sapna Choudhary’s troubles have increased. A case of fraud has been registered against the ‘Thumka Queen’. Chief Judicial Magistrate of Tis Hazari Court, Rashmi Gupta has issued a non-bailable warrant in the high-profile fraud case registered against Sapna. After which the actress is once again trapped in legal troubles.

According to the information, a joint complaint was filed against Sapna Choudhary with the Delhi Police Economic Offenses Wing. In this, she was accused of cheating. After investigating the case, the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) filed an FIR against Sapna Choudhary and then the EOW filed a charge sheet.

After the charge sheet was filed, Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Sapna Choudhary in the high profile fraud case. Many victims are involved in this case.

Cases of fraud have been registered against Sapna earlier as well. In 2018, a fraud case was filed against her in Lucknow. An FIR was registered against Sapna Choudhary in Lucknow’s Ashiana police station. Sapna Choudhary was accused of not performing at a program despite taking money. The audience created a lot of ruckus when Sapna Choudhary did not come to the program.

After the complaint was filed in the case, Sapna Choudhary surrendered on 10 May 2022. In this case, the court also issued an arrest warrant in August 2022. In November 2022, a Lucknow court framed charges against Sapna Choudhary in this case.
