Road Rage Case: Raveena Tandon demands 100 crores, files defamation case against 1 person, Bigg Boss 17 fame Sana Rais Khan is the lawyer

Mumbai. Raveena Tandon has sent a defamation notice to a person named Mohsin Sheikh. Mohsin Sheikh is the same person who recently shared a video of the road rage incident with Raveena. In this video, Raveena was pushed and shoved. She was falsely accused of assault in the crowd. However, later this entire matter turned out to be fake. However, the video of the incident went viral on social media, after which Raveena’s legal team took action against him for spreading offensive content.

Raveena Tandon has demanded Rs 100 crore in damages in the notice. Mohsin Sheikh’s video falsely alleges that Raveena was drunk during the incident. Talking about this, Raveena’s lawyer Sana Rais Khan told India Today, “An attempt was made to implicate Raveena in a false and cheap case, which was later cleared up when CCTV footage was seen and no complaint was filed.”

Sana Rais Khan further said, “A person (Mohsin Khan) who claims to be a journalist is spreading false information on X about the incident, which is factually incorrect and misleading. The motive behind spreading false news seems to be a deliberate attempt to tarnish Raveena Tandon’s image.”

Sana Rais Khan further said, “The motive behind constantly spreading these lies seems to be extortion and a desire to gain cheap popularity at the cost of Raveena Tandon’s dignity. We are taking all necessary legal steps to ensure justice is served and action is taken against the person who did this outrageous act.”

Earlier this month, 3 women and an elderly man had claimed that Raveena Tandon and her driver assaulted the women and the man. The women had alleged that Raveena’s driver had hit them with the car and when they objected, the driver was beating them. Raveena was accused of assaulting people while being drunk. A CCTV footage confirmed that the women were not hit by Raveena’s car and Raveena was defending her driving.
