The highest grossing Indian film of this year is ‘Hanuman’. This film was directed by Prashant Verma.
For quite some time now, there was a buzz in the industry that Prashant was going to work with Ranveer Singh on the film ‘Rakshas’. Then the news came that both of them have decided not to work on it due to creative differences.
The makers have expressed their views by issuing this statement.
Makers issued a statement and clarified
Now amid all these rumours, Prashant, Ranveer and the film’s producers Mythri Movie Makers have released a joint official statement. Through this statement, the makers have clarified that no such film is being made at the moment.

Talking about the film, Ranveer Singh said, ‘Prashant is very talented. We met and discussed the idea of a film. Hopefully, we will work together on an exciting project soon.’
On this matter, Prashant Verma says, ‘Energy and talent like Ranveer’s are very rare to find. We hope that we will definitely work together in the future.’
These days Prashant is working on his next film ‘Jai Hanuman’. This is the sequel of ‘Hanuman’.
“Our goal was to do something new.”
Meanwhile, Mythri Movie Makers issued a statement on the film saying, ‘Our aim was to do something new and better together but sometimes things happen at the right time.
The team has shaken hands with each other promising to work together in the future too.
Ranveer will soon be seen in ‘Singham 3’.
On the work front, while Prashant Verma is working on the second part of the film ‘Hanuman’, ‘Jai Hanuman’, Ranveer has many projects.
Ranveer will soon be seen in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe’s next film ‘Singham Again’. Apart from this, he also has Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Don 3’.
With a collection of Rs 350 crore, ‘Hanuman’ is the highest grossing Indian film of this year.

Prashanth Varma’s film ‘Hanuman’ was released on 12 January 2024. This superhero film made in Telugu language had made many records at the box office.
With a collection of 350 crores, this is the highest grossing Indian film of this year. Whereas, this year even a Bollywood film like Fighter could not reach 350 crores.
