Preparations for the most awaited film Ramayana, being made under the direction of Nitesh Tiwari, are in full swing. There are reports that the film Ramayana will be made in two separate parts, although the shooting of both the parts is going to be completed simultaneously in a year.
In a recent Pinkvilla report, a source close to the film Ramayana has said that Nitish Tiwari has started shooting for two parts of Ramayana with Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi and Sunny Deol. To show the film on a large scale and present it well, the makers have decided to make it in 2 parts. In the film industry, most of the filmmakers start preparing for the second part after seeing the results of the first part, but both the parts of Ramayana will be shot simultaneously. Let us tell you that earlier the film was going to be made in 3 parts.
Both films will be shot in 350 days
The report further quoted the source as saying, the team has made a shooting schedule of 350 days for the shooting of both parts of Ramayana, which will also include solo sequences of the extended star cast. Both parts will be released with a gap of one year.
It is further told that the principal shoot of the film Ramayana is set to be completed by December next year, after which the post production work of the film will begin. To maintain the continuity of the look of the actors in the film Ramayana, it has been decided to shoot both the parts simultaneously.

Ranbir Kapoor is going to be seen in the role of Lord Shri Ram in Ramayana being made under the direction of Nitish Tiwari. Ranbir is taking intense training for this role. Along with him, South’s popular actress Sai Pallavi will be in the role of Mata Sita. Sunny Deol will play the role of Hanuman in the film, while actress Lara Dutta will be playing the role of Kaikeyi in the film.
