Abhishek Tripathi, the secretary of Phulera Gram Panchayat (Jeetendra Kumar) has been transferred and actor Vinod Suryavanshi has also entered as the new secretary, but Raghubir Yadav (Brij Bhushan Dubey, Pradhan’s husband ‘Pradhan Ji’), Faisal Malik (Prahlad, Deputy Pradhan) and Chandan Roy (Vikas, Gram Panchayat’s office assistant) do not want him to take up the post of secretary of Phulera Gram Panchayat.

Bhushan brings a hammer for the new secretary and advises him to break the lock of the office. The new secretary also gets influenced by Bhushan and the new secretary, who claims to be the special man of the MLA, starts breaking the lock of the Panchayat office.
