New Delhi. The web series ‘Panchayat Season 3’ is being watched on Amazon Prime Video from today. People were waiting for its third season since its second season came in 2022. Finally, its third season has come on 28 May 2024 and people have also started watching this series on OTT. The review of this series has also been very positive.

While in the first season, actor Vinod Suryavanshi gets transferred even before joining as the new secretary, in the second season, the old secretary of Phulera Gram Panchayat, Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) returns.
The second episode of this season has been named ‘Gaddha’. Actually, Raghubir Yadav (Brij Bhushan Dubey, Pradhan’s husband ‘Pradhan ji’) is going out of the village with Neena Gupta (Manju Devi Dubey, Pradhan) on his bike, when his bike falls due to a pit and Manju Devi gets badly injured. This incident happens near the house of Jagmohan (Vishal Yadav), a resident of the village.
Meanwhile, Jagmohan’s grandmother Amma ji (Abha Sharma) reaches the Gram Panchayat office to meet the Secretary and tells him that her grandson Jagmohan has thrown her out of the house and she has started living in a hut and she requests the Secretary to get her a permanent house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Then the Secretary reaches Jagmohan’s house to investigate and the whole truth is revealed. Actually, Amma ji was trying to get a permanent house by lying, whereas Jagmohan already has a permanent house.
Then Jagmohan’s grandmother tells the secretary the truth about why she was lying and doing this. When the secretary refuses to get Jagmohan a house, he threatens that if he does not get a house, he will tell the whole village that Pradhan ji had fallen in a ditch in front of his house. Now to save his honour, Pradhan ji puts pressure on the secretary to get Jagmohan’s grandmother a concrete house. Now Abhishek Tripathi gets so entangled in this labyrinth of lies and truth that a new challenge comes before him.
