Apart from playback singing, Palak Muchhal is also known for her social work. The singer recently shared a video with a child named Alok on social media.
Palak had told that Alok is her 3000th patient whose heart surgery was to be done on June 11. Now on Wednesday, Palak shared a video and informed that Alok’s surgery was successful.

During Alok’s surgery, Palak remained present with the doctors in the operation theatre.
After the surgery was successful, the singer also cut the cake with the doctors and Alok’s parents.

While sharing this video, Palak also thanked those who prayed for Alok. Along with this, Palak told that till now she has successfully performed heart surgery of 3000 poor children.

Palak’s name is recorded in the Guinness Book
For this social work, the singer’s name has already been registered in the ‘Guinness Book of Records’ and ‘Limca Book of Records’. Apart from this, Palak has also been honored with various awards by the Government of India and many other institutions.
400 more children need to be treated
Earlier in an interview, Palak had said that there are still more than 400 such children whom she wants to treat. The singer said, ‘My every concert is dedicated to the heart surgery of these children.
Those children wait for when Palak didi’s concert will happen and when our surgery will happen. I pray that God gives me enough strength so that I can carry forward this wish of mine.

Talking about Palak’s work front, her first film was Salman Khan’s ‘Veer’, which was released in the year 2010. Palak considers Salman very important in her career. She also got the surgery done for 100 children who came to Salman’s NGO for help.
Palak, who has given hit songs in many films including ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Aashiqui 2’, has sung songs in not just one or two but 17 languages.
