Director Anees Bazmee is disappointed with his upcoming film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ clashing with ‘Singham Again’. In an interview, Anees said that clashes are never good for any film.
Let us tell you that director Rohit Shetty has recently announced the release date of ‘Singham Again’. This film will now clash with ‘BB3’ on Diwali.
‘Singham Again’ was earlier scheduled to release on 15 August but now ‘Stree 2’ is going to release on this date. It will also clash with the multi-starrer ‘Khel-Khel Mein’ and John Abraham starrer ‘Veda’.
Apart from Ajay, actors like Akshay, Ranveer, Deepika, Kareena, Tiger, Jackie and Arjun will be seen in ‘Singham Again’.
‘Clashes do happen on such dates’
On the possibility of shifting the release date of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, Anees said, ‘We haven’t thought of it yet, because we had announced the release date of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3′ a year ago. Ajay is a good friend but clashes do happen on such dates. It is not in our hands. I don’t know what can be done now.’
Anees further said, ‘It is not a matter of confidence in the product. Every director, actor and writer in the world always talks confidently about his film but whether it happens or not, a clash harms everyone.’
Anees’ last film was ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. Released in 2022, the film was the highest-grossing film of the year with a collection of Rs 266 crore.
A good film doesn’t care about its release date
Talking about festival release, Anees said, ‘If the film is not good, then no matter which festival you release it in, it will not be a hit.
A good film is not affected by its release date. ‘Animal’ was not released at any festival but the magic it did was seen by everyone.
Karthik and Tripti have shot their respective portions for the film.
The shooting of the film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has been completed. ‘Animal’ fame actress Tripti Dimri will be seen opposite Kartik in it. Apart from the two, actress Vidya Balan, who appeared in the role of Manjulika in the first part of the film, will also be a part of this third part. Apart from this, there is a buzz that Madhuri Dixit can also be a part of this film.
