The film Kalki 2898 AD is being discussed everywhere. The film is also making a splash at the box office.

There is another character in this film starring Deepika Padukone, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, whose work has been liked by the people. We are talking about Crane i.e. Hamhu, whose real name is Himanshu Singh.

After the release of the film, Humhu spoke to Dainik Bhaskar. He also shared his experience of working with Deepika, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.

Question- Your real name is Himanshu Singh. Why did you choose this name?
answer- After some time of entering the film industry, I thought of changing my name from Himanshu Singh to something special. Especially, I shortened Himanshu to Humhu for my Instagram handle.

I am from Bihar. There, ‘hamhu’ means me too. This way, this name became more special for me.

Question: Was it difficult to shoot with Deepika because of her pregnancy?
answer- When the shooting of the film started 2 years ago, Deepika was not pregnant. She was only pregnant in the film. To look pregnant, she used props, on which VFX work was also done.

Deepika became pregnant around the last shooting schedule of the film. She had a scene in the film, due to which Ranveer Singh was very worried. He was present on the set during the shooting of that scene to take care of Deepika.

Question- How was the experience of working with Amitabh Bachchan?
answer- It was a great feeling working with Amitabh Bachchan. It was a matter of great pride for me that I was working in a film in which Big B was also there. I am very grateful for this.

Question: Did you get a chance to learn some acting skills from Prabhas during the shooting?
answer- The experience of working with Prabhas was also very fun. He also gave me acting tips during the action sequences.

I was nervous while working with a superstar like Prabhas. He understood that I was nervous. Then he called me aside and gave me tips for the action sequences. He also has experience, he has worked in films like Bahubali, Salaar.

Prabhas is such a big superstar, but he remains grounded. He never makes anyone feel sidelined.

Question- What do you have to say about the film’s director Nag Ashwin?
answer- I did not have confidence in myself in the beginning, but Nag sir did. Seeing his confidence, I was able to trust myself.

When I met Sir for the first time, it did not seem that he was the director of such a big film. He used to live on the set with great simplicity. He used to wear very normal clothes, he used to come to the set in track pants, T-shirt and slippers.

Question- What was the reaction of people and Nag Ashwin after the release of the film?
answer- After the release of the film, I sent a thank you message to Nag sir. In response, he sent me his best wishes for the future and also thanked me. His message seemed as if he was sure that I was the perfect choice for the role of Crane.

At the same time, the film is getting a lot of love from the general public as well. I myself have watched this film 7-8 times to know the response of the people. People are liking the film a lot and are also liking my character. I am very happy to see all this.
