Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad are included in the list of famous Bollywood couples. Saba shared a post on her social media account and told that she has not been getting work for two and a half years. She revealed that after dating Hrithik, she is not getting any voice over work. The actress shared a post related to this and told what kind of problems she has to face.
While sharing the story, Saba wrote- I am back to work. I am doing voice over after almost two years. But let me tell you why I returned after two years. Some of you may know and some may not. I was working as a voice artist for many years. I have done dubbing for more than 100 ads. I like voice dubbing very much.
I got the opportunity to work with many great directors in many ads. Just imagine how confusing it must have been for me. Where I used to get work of 6 to 8 voice artists every month two and a half years ago, now I don’t get even one. Yes, you heard it right.
One day I woke up and realised I hadn’t done any work for months. I didn’t even realise when those months turned into years. I never refused any work. I never said I didn’t want work or I was quitting work. So what happened that I stopped working? I had no idea what was happening.
One day I met an old director with whom I had worked before. I asked him why you guys are not calling me for work. I was surprised by the answer he gave.
He told me- where you are in life, we thought why would you want to do voice over work now. What he meant to say was that I am dating a famous person. Why would I do this work after that. When such a creative, intelligent man can think like this, then I understand what the rest of the world must be thinking. I don’t need work because I am dating a famous person.
What kind of a society are we living in, where even today people think that if you date a successful man, you don’t need to work. He will take care of your electricity bill, food bill, etc. So this is how I lost my career which I loved very much. Because people think that now I don’t need to work.
I am telling you all again that I have not quit my job. Ad makers, you too should understand this and change your thinking. I love my work and I would still love to do voice over.
Saba is 17 years younger than Hrithik
Hrithik and Saba’s dating rumors started in February 2022 when the actor was spotted on a dinner date with her. Later, Saba was seen with Hrithik’s family many times. Both of them also attended Karan Johar’s 50th birthday together. Let us tell you that there is an age difference of 17 years between Hrithik and Saba.
