Fardeen Khan came out in support of Sharmin Sehgal, called trolling totally wrong, said- ‘Everyone has the right to…’

New Delhi. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’ has received a lot of love not only in the country but all over the world. However, as much as the series was liked, Sharmin Segal was trolled for her performance. In ‘Hiramandi’, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece Sharmila played the role of Alamzeb but she was trolled heavily on social media by calling her acting bad. Now Fardeen Khan has come out in support of Sharmin Segal in this matter.

In a recent interview, Fardeen Khan said, ‘I think this trolling is very unfortunate. Everyone has the right to like or not like someone’s performance, but this trolling is wrong and should not happen at all. I think she has done a great job in Heeramandi. Her role was very complex and challenging. She was working with some big talents. I found her performance strong and it was a good start for her career.’
