Court stays Nikhil’s notice
According to a Hindustan Times report, Daljeet Kaur has received a stay order from the Milimani Court of Nairobi city of Kenya. Now the actress’s husband Nikhil Patel cannot throw away any of her belongings nor can he donate her belongings. Not only this, he cannot even evict Daljeet’s son Jaden.
Daljeet got relief from the court
A notice was issued by the Milimani Court in Nairobi city of Kenya on June 11. In which it was made clear that till the next hearing and the final decision, Nikhil Patel cannot remove any of Daljit Kaur and her children Jaden’s belongings. They have no right over any of Daljit’s belongings so that they can throw them away. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for June 28.
