Mumbai. The discussion about the sudden closure of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ on Netflix has been going on for the last several days. Till now 5 episodes have come. And the sixth episode is about to come. The cast of ‘Hiramandi’ is coming in this episode. It is expected that this will be the last episode of the show. Amidst all this, Chandan Prabhakar, who was a comedian in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, has expressed his views. He said that he keeps experimenting with the show, but there is no guarantee whether it will work or not.
Many reports claimed that ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ is getting weak ratings on Netflix. That’s why it is being closed. Although there has been no official confirmation. by chandan prabhakar Hindustan Times Said in an interview, “Now that we are coming out of the TV zone and doing something for OTT, there is a hesitation in the team. Whenever we experiment with a show, there is no guarantee that it will work.”
Chandan Prabhakar said, “There is no formula to make it successful, those things happen automatically. However, I think its ratings will start getting good very soon. But yes, it will definitely take time. The team must keep in mind what people are thinking and saying, because they are making the show for the people.”
Chandan Prabhakar further added, “And if people don’t get the entertainment they are looking for, then what does it mean?” Recalling her earlier experiences with the team, she said, “Initially, things seemed normal and average, but they gradually got funnier with every episode. Everything turns out alright in the end. Therefore, I am confident that they will also resolve this current issue in due course of time.”
Chandan Prabhakar clarified that he will not work in ‘The Great Kapil Sharma Show’. He revealed, “I have committed to a project. Its announcement will happen soon. This is the reason why I took a break from Kapil’s show. I wanted to be different from the same type of roles because being stuck with one thing can limit one’s scope and energy. I am doing in life what I have always wanted to do.”
