Janhvi Kapoor’s video is going viral, in which the actress is talking about Ambedkar and Gandhi’s discourse. Actually, recently the actress spoke to ‘The Lallantop’, in which she expressed her opinion on the debate between Ambedkar and Gandhi, which some people did not like at all.
In the viral video, Jahnavi says, ‘I think the debate between Ambedkar and Gandhi is very interesting. It is just a debate on what they stand for and how their views on a particular topic changed over time or how they influenced each other.’
Janhvi Kapoor further said, ‘Both of them have helped our society a lot, so what they feel about each other is an interesting discussion. Ambedkar was very strict and clear from the beginning about what his stance is, but I think Gandhi’s view kept changing as he kept exposing the caste-based discrimination prevalent in our society. Knowing more about it from a third person’s point of view and suffering it directly are quite different from each other.’
