A case has been filed against CISF jawan Kulwinder Kaur in the Kangana Ranaut case. But her arrest is not possible.
A case has been registered at the Airport Police Station of Mohali Police against CISF woman jawan Kulwinder Kaur, who slapped MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh and actress Kangana Ranaut. This case has been registered against her under Section 323 (assault) and 341 (obstructing the way) of the IPC.

In this case, Jawan Kulwinder Kaur will not be arrested. Because both the sections are bailable. In this, she will get bail from the police station itself. Currently, accused Kulwinder Kaur is in custody of CISF and the police is investigating the case.
The protesters were compared to ‘Khalistani’ terrorists

Farmers will gather in Mohali tomorrow
Many farmer organizations of Punjab are gathering in Mohali tomorrow to get justice for Kulwinder Kaur. They will gather at Gurdwara Amb Sahib. On Friday, they met Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav and demanded the dismissal of the case against the jawan. But that case has not been dismissed yet. In such a situation, Mohali Police will also review the security for their gathering today.
