‘Bhaiyya Ji’ Movie Review: How is Manoj Bajpayee’s 100th film ‘Bhaiyya Ji’?

New Delhi. With ‘Bhaiya Ji’, Bollywood veteran actor Manoj Bajpayee has completed the 100th film of his career. By the way, Manoj Bajpayee’s 100th film could have been better than this. Well, after watching the film, I can definitely say that there was no lack in the actor’s acting. In this film directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, Manoj Bajpayee is playing the role of a person who is no less than a Bahubali and people know him as ‘Bhaiya Ji’. Actress Zoya Hussain is also in the lead role with him in the film, and her chemistry with Manoj is also very good on screen.

Before starting the story, it is important that we first tell you about Ramcharan Tripathi ‘Bhaiya Ji’. Actually, this was the first time for Manoj Bajpayee that he played such a character in which he looks like a Bahubali. A powerful man, whose name is spread all over the country. For the first time, you will also see Manoj doing action fight scenes on screen. He has a small family, which includes his Chhoti Maa (step mother) and a younger brother Vedant (step brother), whom he loves more than his life.

In the film, Zoya Hussain plays the role of ‘Bhaiya Ji’s girlfriend, and the film begins with the preparations for their marriage. Actually, both were close to each other for 10 years and after growing old, both decide to get married. The story of the film begins from Bihar and ends in Delhi. Bhaiya Ji’s brother Vedant is murdered in Delhi and the murderer is none other than the son of a Delhi strongman.

Well, the police turns this murder case into a road accident and tries to hush up the case as soon as possible, but when Bhaiya ji comes to know that his brother did not die in a road accident but was murdered, then Bhaiya ji shows his fierce form. Now to know how Bhaiya ji takes revenge for his brother’s death, you will have to go to the cinema and watch the entire movie.

The story of the film seems weak, in which you will not get to see anything new. There were many such films in the 90s, which were made on the fire of revenge and this will make you feel something similar. The first half of the film will not let you move from your seat, where you will get a dose of action along with a little suspense, but by the time the second half comes, you will get tired, because in the second half the story of the film goes into a very slow mode. It is possible that in the second half you may also wait for the film to end quickly.

Talking about acting, all the characters will win your heart. For this film, along with Manoj Bajpayee, all the actors do justice to their characters, but somewhere there is a lack of direction. The way Bhaiya Ji was presented as a strong person, justice was not done to that character in the film. In the middle of the film, Bhaiya Ji has to run here and there. The villain of the film is searching for him to kill him. If Bhaiya Ji was shown as a common man, then this thing would have been digested a little.

You will definitely like the songs of the film, the music of which has been given by Sandeep Chowta. Despite the film being full of action, you will not find any scene that you cannot watch with your family. That is, it has been made as a family film. Overall, you can enjoy this film once with your entire family. I give the film a 3 rating.
