Mumbai. Bad Newz Box Office Collection Day 7: Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri and Amy Virk starrer romantic comedy ‘Bad News’ has completed a week at the box office. The film has earned well in the first 7 days. The film received mixed responses from the audience. This has become Vicky Kaushal’s second highest earning movie, earning so much in the first week. Vicky, Tripti and Amy’s film collected Rs 8.3 crore on the opening day. Then over the weekend, it collected Rs 10.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 11.15 crore on Sunday.
‘Bad News’, directed by Anand Tiwari, has done much better business than Akshay Kumar’s ‘Sarfira’. Akshay’s film could not earn even Rs 22 crore in 10 days. Whereas ‘Bad News’ had collected more than Rs 30 crore in the first three days. ‘Bad News’ collected Rs 2.75 crore in 7 days i.e. on Thursday.
‘Bad News’ also surpassed these 2 films
According to the report of Saccanilk, ‘Bad News’ has collected Rs 42.85 crores with Thursday’s collection. That is, in terms of earnings in a week, ‘Bad News’ has surpassed Kartik Aryan’s Chandu Champin, which earned Rs 35.20 crores and Rajkumar Rao-Jhanvi Kapoor’s ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’, which earned Rs 24.45 crores.

However, ‘Uri’ earned Rs 70.94 crore in the first week.
