Director Hansal Mehta has announced the third part of the Scam series. This time the story of late businessman Subrata Roy Sahara will be shown. Its title is Scam 2010, The Subrata Roy Saga. Hansal Mehta announced the series by sharing the motion poster on social media.
Hansal Mehta started the scam series in 2020. In the first part, he showed the story of Harshad Mehta, while in the second part, the story was based on the mastermind of stamp scam, Abdul Karim Telgi.

Case against Subrata Roy for scam of Rs 24000 crore
Subrata Roy Sahara started in 1978 with Rs 2,000. Within no time he created an empire worth billions. At one time Sahara was one of the largest private companies in the country. People used to invest their money in this company.
In 2014, the Supreme Court had asked Subrata Roy to return Rs 24,400 crore to investors. Subrata Roy died on 14 November 2023. The people working in his company used to call him Sahara Shri.
The first series was based on Harshad Mehta and the second on Abdul Karim Telgi.
Hansal Mehta started this series in 2020 with Scam 1992- The Harshad Mehta Story. In 1992, the country’s first financial scam, which was worth about Rs 4 thousand crores, was carried out by Harshad Mehta. After this, the story of stamp paper scamster Abdul Karim Telgi was shown. It defrauded people of 18 states to the tune of Rs 20 to 30 thousand crores.
