Filmmaker Anees Bazmee has shared his experience of working with Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar. In an interview, he described Akshay as punctual and Salman Khan as relaxed.

Anees said in an interview, ‘Akshay is a very punctual person. We are always worried while working with him because if he has asked us to shoot at 7 in the morning, then we have to start working at that time. We are not used to shooting at 6-7 in the morning, so it takes a lot of effort to work with him. But it feels very good that he comes on the set on time and leaves after completing his work.’

Akshay himself has talked about being punctual many times. In an interview, he said that he wakes up early in the morning and after finishing his work, he goes to sleep by 9 pm. He has no interest in going to late night Bollywood parties.

‘Salman arrives on the set by 1 pm’

Anees Bazmee further shared his experience of working with Salman Khan. He said, ‘Many times we are quite relaxed while working with Salman because he comes on the set by 1 o’clock, then has lunch and stays on the set till late night. I have taken training under Raj Kapoor. During that time we used to work all night, so I like stars who start working by 2 o’clock in the afternoon. But every actor has his own working style, so we have to adapt accordingly. I enjoy working with both Salman and Akshay.’

Anees Bazmee has made films like ‘No Entry’ and ‘Ready’ with Salman Khan, while with Akshay he has worked in films like ‘Welcome’, ‘Singh Is King’ and ‘Thank You’.
