Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding ceremony will begin today. This four-day event will begin with a welcome lunch for the guests.
The luncheon will take place from 12pm to 4pm (3:30pm to 7:30pm IST) in the Italian city of Palermo.
After lunch, all the guests will board the cruise and Starry Night will be celebrated on the cruise from 6:30 pm (10 pm Indian time).
The cruise on which this second pre-wedding ceremony will take place is named ‘Celebrity Ascent’. It is built in Malta. It will depart from Palermo Port in Italy on 29 May and will travel 4380 kilometers to reach Southern France. Here are some pictures of the interiors of this cruise…

The ceremony will last for 4 days; 300 VIP guests will attend
Many family members of Ambani and Merchant family, family friends and celebrities from India and abroad have reached Italy to attend this four-day long ceremony. If reports are to be believed, around 300 VIP guests will attend this second pre-wedding ceremony.
This is the schedule for the remaining days
On the second day, everyone will tour Rome city and there will be dinner and toga party on the cruise. On the third day, everyone will reach Cannes and there will be a party on the cruise here too. On the fourth i.e. the last day, we will tour Portofino in Italy.
Many celebs left the country
Many Bollywood celebs from India have left for Italy to attend this event. This list includes the names of actors like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Salman Khan was spotted with his nephew Nirvaan at Mumbai airport.
Ranbir Kapoor left with daughter Rhea and wife Alia.
Actor Ranveer Singh was also seen at Kalina Airport.
Shakira can also perform
If a report is to be believed, global pop-singer Shakira will perform in this second pre-wedding ceremony. It is heard that she will charge 10 to 15 crore rupees to perform in this private event. Earlier, international pop star Rihanna had performed in the first pre-wedding ceremony held in Jamnagar.
Shakira is known for her songs ‘Waka Waka’ and ‘Hips Don’t Lie’.
‘Celebrity Ascent’ is a cruise with a capacity of 3279 passengers
This cruise is a floating resort with 5-star facilities. It has been launched in Malta on 1 December 2023. The passenger capacity of this cruise is 3279, but there will be 800 guests in the pre-wedding ceremony. Out of these, 300 will be VVIPs.
There will be 600 hospitality staff to take care of these guests. European tour operator company Aloschi Brothers will take care of this arrangement.
