The director’s wife has lodged an FIR for her husband’s disappearance in Lucknow Police Station. She herself left for Kolkata in search of her husband. Meanwhile, actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has assured director Sanoj Mishra’s wife that she will personally find and bring her husband back.
Actually, film director Sanoj Mishra’s troubles have increased ever since he made the film ‘The Diary of West Bengal’. He has been receiving threats continuously for the last one and a half years. Recently, when Sanoj Mishra was roaming around the country in preparation for the promotion and release of his film ‘The Diary of West Bengal’ and was very busy with this project, the West Bengal Police called him to Kolkata to meet in connection with this case.
The director had left his house to meet Kolkata Police
Sanoj Mishra went to meet the police in Kolkata on 14 August. Since then, both his mobile numbers are constantly switched off and no information is available about him. In such a situation, there is an atmosphere of panic in his family and in view of the fear of something untoward happening, Sanoj Mishra’s wife has lodged an FIR in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar Police Station.
