Mumbai. These days, cases of fraud and digital theft through fraud calls are increasing rapidly. From common man to many celebs, many have fallen prey to this and have incurred losses worth thousands and lakhs. Now Alia Bhatt’s mother and actress Soni Razdan has got trapped in a fraud call scam. He told that he got a call from a number in Delhi and while talking about the fake case of drug ordering, he was asked for his Aadhaar number. But she became alert.
Soni Razdan informed this to fans and followers through her social media account. Also tagged Mumbai Police. He told in his post that someone had called him posing as a customs officer of Delhi and asked for the Aadhaar number. Then an attempt was made to extort money from him.

Soni Razdan wrote in her post, “A big scam is going on around us. Someone called me and said that he is speaking from Delhi Customs. He told me that I have ordered some illegal drug. He introduced himself as a police officer. After this, he asked for my Aadhar card number and tried to extort money. But I did not share the information with him and said that I will talk later.”

Soni Razdan further wrote, “I know 3 people who have received such calls. That’s why I’m sharing this post because anyone can get scared of this.” Tagging Mumbai Police in the caption of this post, he wrote, “It is very easy to get confused by receiving such calls. It would seem that this is a true call. Believe me, I also felt the same.”
Soni Razdan advised people to be cautious
Soni Razdan further wrote, “When I talked to someone about it, he called it a scam and asked to ignore it. But it is wrong and you will not even realize that you are in trouble. Be careful. This is a scam.” The government also says that you should not share your personal details like name, address, bank account number, Aadhaar number, etc. with anyone through mail, message and call.
