New Delhi. Recently, Karan Johar had filed a complaint in the High Court against the makers of the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’. The director said that the filmmaker had written in his petition that an attempt has been made to make fun of him through the title of this film. Now the decision has come in favor of the director.

The problems of the makers of the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’ are increasing day by day. A complaint was filed in the High Court against the makers of the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’. Karan had lodged a complaint objecting to the misuse of his name, now a hearing has been held on this decision and the Bombay High Court has taken a decision in favor of director Karan Johar.

Court stayed the release of the film
According to the report of The Free Press Journal, the High Court has directed that the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’ cannot be released in theatres or on any social media platform until Karan Johar’s name and things that hurt him are removed from the title of the film. The film was scheduled to be released today i.e. on June 14, which has now been banned.

Court issued order
Justice Riyaz Chagla, while giving the verdict in favour of Karan Johar, has ordered that deciding the title of the film without Karan Johar’s permission and without informing him is a violation of his fundamental right. Film director Karan Johar had approached the Bombay High Court with a petition against the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’, he got a lot of relief after the court’s decision came yesterday.

Let us tell you, before the release of the film ‘Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar’, Karan Johar had filed a complaint against the film’s producer India Pride Advisory and Sanjay Singh, the film’s director and writer Bablu Singh and accused them of making fun of his name. Now after the court hearing on Thursday, Karan Johar has got relief.
