Mithun Chakraborty started his career with the film ‘Mrigya’ released in 1976, in which his acting was highly praised, but there came a time when no big heroine wanted to work with Mithun Chakraborty. In such a situation, a top actress supported him. Her name is Zeenat Aman. This disclosure was made by Mithun Chakraborty himself in the show ‘Saare Ga Ma Pa’.
Mithun Chakraborty had told in the show ‘Saare Ga Ma Pa’ in the year 2023 that A-lister heroines used to refuse to work with him. He said, ‘How many battles can a person fight? No big heroine was ready to work with me. They thought I was a small star. Will he ever become a hero? Who will make him a hero? What did they say about me? I don’t want to tell much because it hurts a lot.
Many heroines refused to work with me
He further said, ‘There came a time when I felt that I would never be able to move from B-grade films to A-grade films. Even after the film was announced, the actresses would refuse to work. Mithun told that in those days many actors were insecure about him. He felt that one day he would become a big star. Many actors had refused to the heroines that if you want to work with Mithun, then don’t work with us.
