During a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, director Tushar Hiranandani told that after watching this film, messages are coming from many people. Surya sir’s father has written a letter congratulating him.

Tushar Hiranandani said- Surya sir’s father Shivkumar does not watch Hindi films. He had seen Raj Kapoor Sahab’s film last. After so much time, he watched a Hindi film and liked ‘Srikanth’ very much. I felt like crying. I don’t know what I have created. The most important thing is that Srikanth is calling after every five minutes every day. He himself cannot believe that his respect has increased so much after this film.

The film ‘Srikanth’ is not a film made for entertainment, but a biopic pointing fingers towards the systems with which Srikanth Bolla fought to become a successful businessman. While Rajkumar Rao brought alive the role of Srikanth on screen, it was better to see actress Jyotika in the role of a strong teacher. Jyotika is the wife of South actor Surya. Surya also liked the script of this film very much.

Surya’s father Shivakumar has been a star of the Tamil industry. The actor has worked in about 190 films during his career. Shivakumar’s second son Karthi is also a big star of Tamil cinema.
